白介素1受体拮抗剂基因内含子2多态性与银屑病的关系

为了探讨ＩＬ－１ｒａ内含子２－多态性与银屑病的关系，应用ＰＣＲ确定了１组３０例银屑病嘲笑 １组对照的ＩＬ－１ｒａ内含子２的等位基因频率，发现银屑病组Ａ１、Ａ２和Ａ３的等位基因频率与对照组大致相同，这与国外的结果不同，提示ＩＬ－１ｒａ内含子２可能不是一个与我国银屑发病有关的遗传因素。

Preliminary exploration of the relationship between IL 1ra intron 2 polymorphism and psoriasis

In order to explore the relationship between the IL 1ra intron 2 polymorphism and psoriasis, we used PCR to determine the allele frequencies in a group of 30 patients with psoriasis and in a control population. We found that the allele frequencies of A1, A2, and A3 in psoriasis were approximately the same as controls, which was different from the result reported previously. It is suggested that the polymorphism in intron 2 of IL 1ra may not be a genetic factor associated with psoriasis.
