小剂量重组人生长激素对心力衰竭患者心功能与生活质量的影响

为探讨小剂量重组人生长激素对充血性心力竭患者心脏功能和结构的疗效。对２１例扩张型心肌病与缺血型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为传统治疗组和ｒｈＧＨ治疗组１１例。所有病例均以洋地黄、利尿剂和硝酸酯治疗，ＧＨ组加用ｒｈＧＨ４．５Ｕ，第１个月隔日１次，第２个月每周２次，第３个月每周１次。

EFFECT OF LOW-DOSE rhGH ON CARDIAC FUNCTION AND LIFE QUALITY OF PATIENTS WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE.

We designed a randomized, controlled study to evaluate the effect of low-dose recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) on heart function and life quality of patients with congestive heart failure(CHF). 20 pa- tients with severe CHF due to dilated or ischemic cardiomyopathy (DCM/ICM ) were randomized into conventional therapy group(C, n=9), and rhGH group(GH, n=11). All patients were treated with digitalis,diuretics and nitro- vasodilators, and patients of GH received rhGH 4. 5in subcutaneously every other day for the first month, and then 2 doses weekly for the second month, and I dose weekly for the third month. After treatment, heart function, hemodynamics and 6-minute walking test(6'WT) were improved significantly both in GH and C. Comparing to C. Heart function class(NYHA),diastolic left ventricular internal dimension(LVED), and the ratio of LVED to left ventricular wall thickness(D/T) and plasma TNFQ reduced, while 6 'WT and cardiac index increased significantly in GH. Low-dose rhGH administered in stepwise reducing fashion for 3 months is favorable for the improvement of left ventricular size and function and life quality lin patients with CHF.
