椎体成形术结合术前复位治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩楔形骨折

摘    要:目的:探讨椎体成形术结合术前复位治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩楔形骨折可行性及应用价值。方法:采用椎体成形术结合术前复位治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩楔形骨折20例,并与同期20例经皮kyphon球囊扩张后凸成形术的患者比较手术前后的VAS评分,伤椎椎体前中高度压缩率,后凸角度以及两组伤椎椎体前中高度恢复率。结果:所有患者的术后椎体前中高度压缩率、后凸角度及VAS评分指数较术前均有显著的改善(P0.05);同时两组组间的伤椎前中高度恢复率进行比较(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:椎体成形术结合术前复位与球囊扩张后凸成形术都能有效的恢复伤椎高度及后凸角,但前者在恢复伤椎椎体前缘高度上优于后者,在恢复伤椎的中间高度上弱于后者。
