摘    要:目的 :评价 AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折及后路减压治疗脊髓损伤的临床体会及疗效。方法 :本组 37例病人 ,按骨折部位 T1 0~ 1 2 19例 ,L2~ 4 18例。手术时机 :伤后 1d~ 10 d,平均 3.5 d,平均随访 1a。结果 :采用 X片测定椎体 ,术前椎体前缘平均压缩 5 1% ,术后平均 8% ,复位率达 86 %。结论 :AF系统内固定及后路短节段椎板切除减压直视下椎管前壁成形是治疗胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of posrerior decompression and AF imtrumentafion internal fixation for treatment of thoracolumbar fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods According to conventional radiography,two mainly types were divided:a)thoracic fracture from 10~12,19 cases.b)Lumbar fracture from 2~4,18 cases.The operation were followed from 1 day to 10 days with average of 3.5 days after injury,37 cases were followed-up 1 year.Results With this procedure,the vertebrae height was 51 % before operation and 8 % just after operation.The effeciverate was 86 %.Conclusion Posterior decompression and AF instrumentation internal fixation is a good method in the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fracture and spinalcord injury.
