| 摘 要： | 目的比较腹股沟疝平塞组合补片与疝环充填式无张力修补术的临床疗效。方法对75例平塞组合补片无张力疝修补术和95例疝环充填式无张力修补术的临床及随访资料进行随机、前瞻性分析比较。结果在腹股沟区异物感、疼痛和硬块发生率和术后复发率方面，平塞组合补片组合明显低于疝环充填式组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论平塞组合补片式无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术相比，具有术后并发症少和复发率低的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinic result of combined mesh patch with mesh plug tension free hemiorrhaphy.Methods A prospective randomized clinic trial was carried out to compare the clinical and follow-up data of the two groups.Results The foreign body sensation,the pain and gelosis in the inguinal region in combined mesh patch group(75cases)were significantly lower than those in mesh plug group(95 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with mesh plug tension-free hemiorrhaphy,combined mesh patch tension-free herniorrhaphy has less complications and lower recurrence rate. |
