目的 评价不同孕激素治疗有排卵型功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 将有黄体功能不全的功能性子宫出血病人４５例随机分为三组，均于月经来潮的第１６天开始每日分别服用消各通０．５ｍｇ，０．２５ｍｇ和安宫黄体酮８ｍｇ，连续１０天，观察月经周期，月经量，血红蛋白，伴随症状，子宫内膜病理以及肝肾功能，血糖和血脂的变化。结果 所有病人月经周期转为规律，月经量过多者经量减少，贫血纠正，与治疗前相比有显著差异，三组间

Clinical study for the effect of different progestins on ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To evaluate the response of ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding to different progestins.Methods Forty-five cases with luteal phase defect were randomly divided into three groups.Each group Was treated with surgestone 0 5mg,0 25mg or Medroxyprogesterone acetate 8mg daily.Changes of menstrual cycle and volume,blood hemoglobin,accompanying symptoms,endometrial histology,liver and renal function,blood sugar and lipid level were reviewed.Results All the patients' menstrual cycle turned to be regular;the menstrual volume decreased;anemia was resolved and the serum biochemistry was normal.The histology of endometrium turned to be secretary.Only a few patients had side effects such as putting on weight and amenorrhia,which is relative to the dosage.Conclusion Supplementation of progestin in luteal phase could make the luteal function better.Short-term usage of Surgestone 0 25mg/d and Medroxyprogestone acetate 8mg/d was effective and safe.
