谈加强医院的精神文明建设

新中国医院和医疗卫生建设成就辉煌，但近些年出现了看病难、看病贵、医疗护理服务质量下降和以医谋私等一系列问题，迫切需要加强精神文明建设。文章提出以下具体建议：（１）加强学习、总结经验；（２）边学边改；（３）健全规章制度；（４）加强基础护理；（５）改进门诊工作；（６）加强法制。

On ethical and cultural promotion in the hospitals

Since the founding of New China, brilliant achievements have been accomplished in health care and hospital services. However, in recent years, problems such as low efficiency, high cost, deterioration in medical and nursing care and violation of professional ethics have developed in some of the hospitals. In order to correct such problems the author suggests the following steps:(1)To review the past experience; (2)To make changes on what may be learned from the review; (3)To emphasize hospital rules and regulations; (4)To improve the basic nursing care; (5)To improve the out patient service and (6)To emphasize dicipline.
