| 摘 要： | 随着医学高科技的迅速发展，医院的医技科室地位不断提高。如何处理好医技科室与临床科室的关系及科学化管理，我们的体会是：①充分认识医技科室在医院建设中的作用；②理顺医技科与临床科的关系，谋求共同发展；③加强医技科室的科学化管理，走内涵发展的道路。
