布洛芬在急性肺损伤病人中的应用研究

目的探讨布洛芬应用于急性肺损伤病人的临床价值。方法45例急性肺损伤病人随机分为三组：A组（对照组），B组（激素组），C组（布洛芬组）每组15例。纪录氧合指数，白介素2（IL-Ⅱ），肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）浓度，并发症例数，病人预后等数据。结果B组C组病人第五天的氧合指数和炎症因子浓度明显较对照组改善，B组的并发症明显比其余两组多，两组病人一周后APACHEⅢ评分和两周内死亡率无明显统计学差异。结论布洛芬应用于急性肺损伤病人可以提高病人氧合指数，降低炎症因子浓度，但尚无可以明湿改善病人预后的证据。

The research of application of brufen in acute lung injury patients

Objective To discuss the clinical value of brufen in acute lung injury patients. Methods 45 acute lung injury patients were divided into three groups ： Group A （ n = 15 ） were for comparison, Group B （ n = 15 ） used glucocorticoid, and Group C （ n = 15 ） used brufen. Measures of the oxygen combine index, the consistence of intedukin 2 and tumor fade factor, the amount of syndromes, the prognosis of paitents were analyzed. Results The oxygen combined index, the consistence of interlukin 2 and tumor fade factor in Group B and Group C were better than those in Group A after five days, but the amount of syndromes in Group B was greater than other groups. APACHE Ⅲ grade after five days and death rate in two weeks were similar in the three groups. Conclusion Using brufen in acute lung injury patients can reduce the consistence of inflammations, improve indexes of oxygen combined, but no evidences was found to prove that can change the prognosis of these patients.
