心理护理对阴茎癌患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨心理护理对阴茎癌患者的生活质量影响。方法：将75例患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（35例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用一对一的健康教育方法向患者讲解疾病病因、防治方法及预后，并针对患者的不同心理状态，分别实施心理护理。出院后2个月在本院门诊复查时采用生活质量综合评定问卷（gener quality of lifeinv entory，GQOLI）与应对方式问卷进行生活质量调查。结果两组生活质量（除住房、经济、社区服务生活环境外）评分比较，差异有显著性意义（均P〈0．01）；两组应对方式（除合理外）比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：对阴茎癌患者进行心理护理，可提高患者术后有效的应对能力和生活质量。
