| 摘 要： | ６３例室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ），手术证实心室嵴下与三尖瓣隔瓣后５５例（８７．２９％）．小型ＶＳＤ４５例（７１．４２％），中大型１８例包含嵴上缺损４例（２８．５６％）．无症状３６例（５７．１４％）；有症状２７例（４２．８６％），其中紫绀并肺动脉高压７例（１１．１１％），中大型ＶＳＤ６例，手术后心衰死亡１例（１．５８％）．失去手术时机１例（１．５８％）．治愈６１例（９６．８４％）．

| Abstract: | The ventricular septal defect(VSD)in 63 patients was operatively confirmed.In 55 of them(87.29%)it was in the inferior location of the ventricuiar ridge and the location behind the tricuspid leaflet at the septal.In 18(28.56%)it was in the middle and large VSD,7(11.11%)had cyanosis with pulmonary hypertension,1(1.58%)had Eisenmenger's Syndrome and 1(1.58%)was too late to receive an operation,1(1.58%)died of cardiac failure after the operation.61(96.84%)were cured by operation. |
