| 摘 要： | 重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)起病急,进展快,治疗复杂.随着对该病发病机制、病理生理深入的研究,SAP治疗模式不断变化.内科治疗的关键是抑制胰酶分泌,纠正内环境紊乱,减轻胰外器官的损害.目前,生长抑素等药物的抑酶作用,抗生素的抗炎效果和必要的营养支持,以及内镜下治疗胆源性胰腺炎的方法已得到医学界广泛肯定.现就该病内科治疗进展作一综述

| Abstract: | Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) is a kind of disease which the beginning is acute, the progress is quick and complicated therapy. Cure mode has changed continuously with extremely study the pathogenesis and pathologic physiology. The key of medicine treatment is repressing pancreatin to secrete, rectifying internal environment mess, and easing the damage of the pancreas outside organ . Therapy have been extensive affirmed that of somatostatin repressing pancreatin to secrete, antibiotic anti-inflammatory, essential nutritional support and curing acute bile pancreatitis by endoscope, currently.In this article we review the advancement in the medicine treatment. |
