| 摘 要： | 目的:总结2001~2003年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法:回顾分析2001~2003年的剖宫产孕妇的临床资料。结果:①剖宫产率在一个比较适当的水平。②其中经产妇剖宫产率呈逐渐上升趋势。③剖宫产指征中,臀位剖宫产、剖宫产史再次妊娠剖宫产率上升。结论:保持适当的剖宫产率关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the changes of cesarean section rate and its indication from 2001 to 2003. Methods:The clinical data of the gravida with cesarean section in these three years were retrospectively studied. Results:①The rate of cesarean section remained a propriate level.②The cesarean section rate of the laid-in women has increasing trend .③Within the indications the cesarean section rate of buttocks position CS and CS history has been increased. Conclusion:The key to keep suitable CS rate is to grasp strictly the indications. |
