腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中的应用(附46例报告)

目的探讨腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术中的应用价值及可行性。方法经腹腔及后腹腔途径对47例患者实施腹腔镜手术。结果47例手术均获成功,无中转开放手术,术中无输血,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论腹腔镜手术具有切口小、出血少、创伤轻、并发症少、康复快等优点,临床疗效可靠,实用性较强。

Application of laparoscopy in urological operation (report of 47 cases)

[Objective] To study the application value and feasibility of laparoscopy in urologic operation. [Methods] Transperitoneal and retroperitoneal Laparoscopy were adopted in 47 patients with genitourinary disease. [Results] Surgery was successfully accomplished in 47 cases with excellent therapeutic effects.there were no conversion to open surgery,no blood transfusion or serious complication in the study. [Conclusions] Laparoscopy has the advantages of minimal invasion,less blood loss,earlier postoperative resumption and fewer complications,which is an effective and practical procedure.
