| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴茎异常勃起的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析7例难治性阴茎异常勃起病人的诊断、治疗方法和随访资料，结合文献复习讨论。结果7例病人经治疗后异常勃起完全消退，5例出现勃起功能障碍。结论海绵体血气分析和彩色多普勒超声检查对于阴茎异常勃起有诊断价值，选择性动脉栓塞和阴茎海绵体一尿道海绵体分流术是治疗高流量和低流量异常勃起的可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment methods of priapism.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases of stubborn priapism were analysed retrospectively.Results After treatment,7cases resulted in complete detumescence.Erectile dysfunction occurred in 5 cases.Conclusion The cavermosal blood analysis and Color Doppler Ultrasound examination have great value in diagnosis of priapism.The selective embolization of artery and Corpora Cavernosa-Corpus Spongiosum Shunt are effective ways to treat high-flow and low-flow priapism respectively. |
