原发性肾病综合征患儿血清血管内皮生长因子、新蝶呤的变化

目的检测原发性肾病综合征（PNS）患儿血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、新蝶呤（NP）水平,评价其临床意义。方法PNS活动期患儿42例（A组）。其中对类固醇治疗反应敏感30例（A1组）;不敏感者12例（A2组）。缓解期PNS22例（B组）。健康对照组26例（C组）。酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定其不同时期血清VEGF、NP水平。结果A组血清VEGF、NP较B及C组显著升高（Pa〈0.01）。B组血清VEGF、NP与C组比较无显著性差异（Pa〉0.05）。A1与A2组血清VEGF、NP水平无显著性差异（Pa〉0.05）。A组血清VEGF、NP分别与尿蛋白程度呈正相关（r=0.47,0.43Pa〈0.01）。结论血清VEGF、NP在PNS活动期升高,可能是反映PNS急性活动期指标,但不是区分激素敏感或耐药指标。血清VEGF、NP水平与PNS蛋白尿形成有一定关系。

Changes of Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Neopterin Levels in Children with Primary Nephritic Syndrome

Objective To measure the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and neopterin(NP),and evaluate their clinical significances in children with primary nephritic syndrome(PNS).Methods This study was conducted on 42 children with active PNS(group A).Among group A,30 patients were steroid-sensitive(group A1)while 12 patients were steroid-resistant(group A2).There were 22 children with PNS in remission(group B).The healthy control group(group C)consisted of 26 healthy children.Serum VGEF,NP levels were measured by sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Serum VEGF,NP levels were significantly elevated in group A patients compared with group B and group C,respectively(Pa<0.01).Group B had similar VEGF,NP levels compared with group C(Pa>0.05).No significant differences in serum VEGF,NP levels were noted between group A1 and group A2(Pa>0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between serum VEGF,NP and the degree of proteinuria in group A patients,respectively(r=0.47,0.43 Pa<0.01).Conclusions Serum VEGF,NP levels in children with active PNS can be used as a marker of the activity of PNS.But they can not be used to differentiate between steroid-sensitive and steroid-resistant patients.Serum VEGF,NP levels has some relation with proteinuria production.
