补肾通络方治疗肾病综合征的临床观察

目的评估补肾通络方治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将56例肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(26例)进行临床观察,治疗组服用补肾通络方,对照组服用强的松。治疗前后分别测定血清白蛋白(sAlb)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清肌酐(Scr)和尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖甘醇(uNAG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(uRBP)等相关指标,以评估其疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的血清学指标除Scr变化不显著(P>0.05)以外,治疗后均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且2组差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);尿液指标也显示了类似特点。结论补肾通络方治疗肾病综合征疗效优于强的松对照组,初步显示了其较好的临床应用前景。

Curative observations of Bushen Tongluo decoction on nephrotic syndrome

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Bushen Tongluo decoction for nephrotic syndrome.Methods Fifty-six patients with the syndrome were divided into two groups as follows,the curative group with 30 patients and control group with 26,and sAlb,TC,TG and Scr in serum and uNAG and uRBP in urine were determined.Results All the serum indexes,except for Scr,were changed obviously after treatment in both groups,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);and the indexes in urine were similar to that in the serum.Conclusion The effect in the curative group is obviously better than that in control group,which primarily indicates the better future in clinic.
