| 摘 要： | 选择 30例临床资料完整的食管癌患者 ,进行 MRI扫描 ,扫描 7d内经手术治疗 ,MRI结果同手术相对照。采用接触角法等预测主动脉受侵情况。结果表明 MRI判断主动脉受侵的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为 86 .5 %、94.8%、90 .0 %。提示 MRI是术前判定主动脉受侵较为精确的手段

The MRI evaluation of the invasion of esophageal carcinoma to aorta and comparative analysis |

| Abstract: | Objective:In 30 patients with esophageal carcinoma,magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performad.All cases were operated on within a week after MRI.The MRI results were compared with patients’ operations.We assessed whether aorta was invaded by esophageal carcinoma,through contact angle method.As a resalt,the predicctive sensitivity,specificity and acuracy of MRI to aortic infiltration was 86.5 %,94.8 %,90.0 % respectively.It was suggested that MRI was a more accurate mode of predicting the invasion of esophageal carcinoma to aorta. |
