贵州地产蜘蛛香质量分析

目的：评价贵州省各地所产蜘蛛香的内在质量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对蜘蛛香中橙皮苷进行含量测定；色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（200mm×4．60mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇一醋酸-水（35：4：61）；检测波长为283nm，流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为30℃。橙皮苷在0．07718-0．84876μg范围内，进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系，相关系数r=0．99999（n=6）；橙皮苷回收率为102．32％，RSD=1．95％（n=6）。结果：不同产地蜘蛛香中橙皮苷含量变化范围较大。结论：通过检测蜘蛛香中橙皮苷含量，可以为蜘蛛香内在质量控制提供参考数据，该方法简单、可行，结果准确、可靠。

Quality analysis for Valeriana jatamansi Jones from different habitats in Guizhou

Objective： To appraise the quality for Valeriana jatamansi Jones from different habitats in Guizhou. Methods： By high performance liquid chromatography on Valeriana jatamansi Jones to determine the content of hesperidin;column was DiamonsilCls （200 min×4.60 mm,5μm）, mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water （35：4：61）; detection wavelength was 283 nm,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,column temperature was 30℃.Hesperidin in 0.077 18-0.848 76 μg range,the sample volume and the peak area was linear with a correlation coefficient of r=0.999 99（n=6）;hesperidin recovery was 102.32%, RSD=l.95%（n=6）. Results：Valeriana jatamansi Jones from different areas of hesperidin content varied greatly. Conclusion： By detecting the content of hesperidin in Valeriana jatamansi Jones for internal quality control of reference data,the method is simple,feasible, accurate and reliable.
