C反应蛋白在肺结核病疗效评估中的临床意义

目的 探讨CRP在结核病疗效评估中的意义。方法 选自肺结核病人100例（分为痰菌阳性40例，阴性60例），分析抗痨前后CRP及ESR的变化。结果 （1）治疗前菌阳组与菌阴组CRP、ESR比较，均未发现有差异（P均〉0．05）。（2）治疗前后菌阳组平均CRP值有显著性差异（P〈0．05），但ESR平均值无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。（3）菌阴组治疗前后CRP及ESR平均值均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论 活动性肺结核患者，尤其是痰菌阳性的肺结核患者利用CRP的变化可作为评估其抗痨疗效的指标之一。

The clinical significance of C-reactive protein in evaluation of curative effect of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study the clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP)in evaluation of the curative effect of pulmonary tuberculosis.Method 100 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected,who were divided into 40 patients with smear-positive and 60 smear-negative and the variations of CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in those patients were analyzed.Results(1)No significant differences were found in the average values of CRP and ESR between the two groups(all the P values>0.05).(2)A significant difference was found in the average value of CRP(P<0.05),but no significant difference in that of ESR(P>0.05)in smear-negative group between prior treatment and post-treatment.(3)The statistical differences were not observed in the average values of CRP and ESR in smear-negative group between prior treatment and post-treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The variations of CRP can be employed between prior-and post-antituberculosis treatment for the patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis,especially the patients with smear-positive,which is used a marker of evaluating the curative effect of antituberculosis treatment.
