摘    要:用含用血运雪旺氏细胞的外膜管桥接兔坐骨神经缺损4cm,术后6个月神经纤维沿着外膜生长良好,神经纤维排列规则,其复合运动电位,传导速度,波伏,横径平均值,与自体神经移植对比无差异,表明有血运雪旺氏细胞及有血运外膜管结合起来,对神经再生有更大促进作用。

Abstract:Epineurium canal with bloody Schwann's cell were used for bridging 4 cm sciatic nerves defect on rabbits. The nerve fibers had regenerated well along epineurium canal after 6 month and the regenerated nerve were no different to the auto-nerve-graft at complex action potential, conduction velocity, wave form and average transverse diameter. The result of the researth shows that combining bloody Schwann's cell with epineurium canal is more facilitative on regeneration of nerve.
