| 摘 要： | 监测２５例门静脉高压症断流术病人术前，术后１、３、７、１４、３０天血液变学指标，并与２０例普通腹部手术病人比较。结果表明断流术前全血粘度降低，但术后第１天即开始升高，第７天时已高于对照组水平，术后３０天时仍呈升高状态。该变化可能有利于断流术后门静脉血栓形成，胃粘膜病变等并发症的发生。断流术后血粘度的升高主要与全血细胞数量增多，血浆粘度升高，红细胞聚集性增加及变形性降低有关。

| Abstract: | Hemorheological indices were measured in 25 patients with portal hypertension before and 1, 3, 7,14, 30 days after devascularization procedure, and compared with 20 control patients undergoing general abdominal operations. The results showed that blood viscosity (BV) was significantly lower before devascularization proceduer, but from 1 to 30 days after the operation, the significant elevation of BV was found in the patients compared with control group. The state of high BV in patients with devascularization procedure may lead to develop some postoperative complications such as portal vein thrombos osis, gastric mucosal hemorrhage. The high BV is associated with increased whole blood cell count and erthrocyte aggregation, elevation of plasma viscosity, and decrease of erythrocyte deforma-bility. |
