洛赛克,法莫替丁治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

对１２８例消化性质疡患者分别用洛赛克及法莫替丁治疗，观察两者疗效。结果洛赛克治疗十二指肠球部溃疡及胃溃疡计７０例，其４周愈合率分别为９６．４％及９２．９％，较法莫替丁组（５８例）的愈合率８０．９％及５７．１％，均有显著差异，且洛赛克缓解疼痛时间比法莫替丁短（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明洛赛克疗效优于法莫替丁，且无明显不良反应。因此洛赛克为一治疗消化性溃疡的理想药物。

Clinical Observation of Effects of Omeprazole and Famotidine on Peptic Ulcer

The clinical effects of omeprazole and famotidine on 128 patinnts with peptic ulcer were observed.The healing rates of duodenal ulcer (DU) and gastric ulcer (GU)treated by omeprazole for 4 weeks were 96.4% and 92.9%,respectively, whereas by famotidine, 80.4% and 57. 1%. The differences of healing rates between these two drugs were statistically significant.The Painrelief-time for omeprazole was shorter than that of famotidine. the results reported in this paper showed that omeprazole was more effective than famotidine. And furthermore,its side effects were also less marked.
