| 摘 要： | 将２０例体外循环心内直视手术病人，随机分为对照组和抑肽酶组。取围术期５个时段检测ＧＭＰ－１４０、ＴＸＢ２、β－ＴＧ、ＰＦ４、５－ＨＴ。结果表明：①对照组ＧＭＰ－１４０、ＴＸＢ２、β－ＴＧ、ＰＦ４、５－ＨＴ均显著升高；②抑肽酶组以上各项实验指标较对照组明显好转（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．００１）．抑肽酶通过抗纤溶等作用抑制血小板的活化和释放。
