临床生化室内质量控制的实践体会

临床检验的室内质量控制工作，旨在监测样本测定中的精密度，并检测其准确度的改变，提高常规工作中测定结果的一致性；室间质控是通过实验室间的比对，观察实验室间结果的准确性、一致性，确保实验室维持较高的检测水平。为了保证出具准确检验报告，就要实行全面质量管理，做好生化室内质量控制，参加卫生部室间质控，提高检验质量，为临床提供准确、精密、具有完全可信性的实验结果。

Experience of Quality Control in Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory

Internal quality control of clinical laboratory aimed at precision in the determination of monitoring samples, testing the change of the accuracy, and improving the consistency of results in conventional work. External quality control is to observe the accuracy and consistency of results which detected by different laboratory to ensure that the laboratory maintain a high level of detection through Inter-laboratory comparison. In order to ensure the accuracy of issued inspection reports, it is necessary to implement total quality management, do well in quality control of biochemistry laboratory, participate in Inter-laboratory quality control and improve the quality of the test to provide the clinical results with accuracy, precision, and full credibility.
