| 摘 要： | 应用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ技术对金钱白花蛇（Ｂｕｎｇａｒｕｓ ｍｕｌｔｉｃｉｎｃｔｕｓ ｍｕｌｔｉｃｉｎｃｔｕｓ）及其混伪品水赤链游蛇（Ｎａｔｒｉｘ ａｎｎｕｌａｒｉｓ）的蛋白质成分进行分析，结果表明，它们的ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ图谱存在明显差异，并由此确定了二者蛋白质成分的分子量，为金钱白花蛇的鉴别提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | The comparative study of the proteins of Bungarus multicinctus multicinctus and Natrix annularis was carried out by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that there were significant differences between their SDS-PAGE figures. On the basis of the study the molecular weights of their characteristic proteins were determined. The results could be regarded as a reference for identification of Bungarus multicinctus multicinctus and its confused species. |
