开封地区临床致病菌耐药性监测的应用研究

我们用 WHO 推荐的 Kirby-Bauer 药敏试验法对开封医学地区常规分离、鉴定的2065株各类菌株作耐药频谱和变迁状态调查,结果表明1990年比1989年菌株的耐药性呈普遍上升态势,菌株的多重耐药趋势严重。根据监测结果,为临床医生绘制了“致病菌药敏图”和“9种常见致痫菌对20种抗菌药物耐药率分析表”.供临床用药时的参考。对本地连年发生的多重耐药株引起的鼠伤寒肠炎有关问题进行了分析。

Application of Surveillance of Drug-resistance of District clinic Pathogens

2065 strains of bacteria were isolated and confirmed with routine standard method,lhc frequence and vicissitude of the drugresistance of every strain of bactera were inve,tigated with the method of K-B drug-sensitive test in kaifeng district.The number of drug-resistant bacteria m 1990 is higher that in 1989.The multiplex drug-resistance of the bacteria goes serious.According to the inves- tigated result the drug-sensitive spectrum of pathogens and analysic list of the frequence of drug tcler ance of 9 kings of pathogens over 20 kinds of antibioties were drawn for the clinic doctors a the refer ence of seleting drugs.The testing qualification is certitude.It is successful that the drug-resistant spcc trum of the district pathogens is offered to the clinic practice in the short time. The article also described the pertinent problems of the intestinal inflammation reduced by drug-resistant Salmonella typhimuri um which happened many years in this district.The model of the surveillance,as a kind of method,is worth learning and practising.
