摘    要:目的研究胚胎伤口快速上皮化的原因和胚胎无瘢痕愈合的机制。方法用免疫组化ABC法观察胚胎兔和成兔伤口愈合时纤维连接蛋白(FN)的变化。结果创伤后8h胎兔皮肤中出现FN,创伤后4d表达最多。创伤后6d伤口愈合后,FN减少。成兔创伤后12h皮肤出现FN,一直到创伤后10dFN仍持续存在。结论FN可能在胚胎伤口早期快速上皮化方面发挥作用。它的持续存在有可能与成兔的瘢痕形成有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Objective To determine the reasons of rapid reepithelialization in fetal wound and the mechanism of fetal scarless wound healing. Methods The variation of fibronectin in fetal and adult rabbit wound was observed with immunohistology method on an established fetal rabbit wound model.Results There is no expression of fibronectin in normal fetal and adult skin.FN appears in fetal rabbit skin 8hours after injury and is prominent in 4days after injury.When wound healing complete in 6days ,the expression of FN decrease ,whereas FN appears in adult rabbit skin 12 hours after injury and remains till 10days .Conclusion We postulate that FnN may have potential roles to rapid reepithelialization during the early state of wound healing.Its continuous presence may have some relativities with the scar formation in adult rabbit.
