福建省某三甲医院新型农村合作医疗住院费用管理实践分析

新型农村合作医疗通过十年的探索和发展,其制度框架、运行机制、管理模式已基本形成.本文介绍了福建省某三甲医院通过医嘱提示、药品审批、报表监控等措施降低了人均医疗费用和自费药品金额,并对医院实施的管理措施存在的问题进行探讨从而提出建议,以促进新农合住院费用管理措施的完善.

Practice Analysis of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Hospitalization Expense Management in a Grade A Class 3 Hospital,Fujian

The New Rural Cooperative Medical System has been built upon the last 10 years＇exploration and development.The institutional framework,operating mechanism and the management pattern have been basically formed.This paper introduces expense management by medical orders,drug approval,and monitoring report to reduce per capita health care costs and pocket drug costs of Fujian Provincial Hospital.In addition,it probes into the problems existing and proposes corresponding suggestions for promoting the perfection of hospitalization expenses management for new-type cooperative medical insurance patients.
