新形势下医院党的建设与文化建设的关系研究综述

医院文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分,医院文化强院应提上各级医院的发展战略和党的建设的议事日程.医院文化建设应成为医院党的建设和医院发展的战略,研究医院党建与文化建设的关系是医院战略发展的需要.目前医院党建与文化建设研究多为相对独立的研究,或偶有相关性讨论,但缺乏全面关联性的研究.医院党建与文化建设的关联性、同质性因素有待深入探讨,要以“文化建党”和“党建文化”理念深入探讨医院党建与文化建设的规律和良性互动,以促进医院全面持续科学发展.

Review of the Relationship between Party Building and the Culture Construction in a Hospital under the New Situation

Culture construction has been significantly regarded as national development strategy-cultural power.Hospital culture is also an important part of the socialist culture.Strong hospital culture construction should be on the agenda of development strategies and party building of all-level hospitals.It points out that hospital culture construction should be party building and development strategy in hospital.And it is necessity of hospital strategy development to study on party building and the construction of hospital culture.Study on hospital party building and the construction of hospital culture mostly is Independent research,occasional discussion on the relativity,but lack of comprehensive interaction research.It also mentions that its relevance and homogeneous elements need further discussion.And this paper points out the rule and the benign interaction of hospital party building and the construction of hospital culture need further discussion with the idea of ＂culture builds Party,Party builds culture＂,in order to improve the overall hospital persistent development.
