| 摘 要： | 136例中度或重度癌痛患者使用芬太尼透皮贴剂，均获中度以上缓解，其中完全缓解33例(24.3％)，明显缓解74例(54．4％)，中度缓解29例(2l.3％)。不良反应是恶心呕吐、便秘、头晕和嗜睡等，但其发生率较低。患者的生活质量均能得到明显改善。

| Abstract: | One hundred and thirty-six patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated with transdermal fentanyl.After treatment,all patients revealed moderate or excellent pain release.The excellent,good and moderate pain release rates were24.3%,54.4%and21.3%repectively.Rare side effect including nausea,vomitting,constipation and lethargy was found.The quality of life in all patients improved greatly. |
