| Abstract: | This paper describes and analyses the present situation and problems of the clinicians＇ ＂three - basics＂ （ basic theo- Py, basic knowledge, and basic skill ） in a large general hospital, then puts forward corresponding suggestions on the methods and measures to tackle the problems and improve and perfect the ＂three -basics＂ training in the future. |
