通心络胶囊联合阿司匹林预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者血栓栓塞疗效观察

目的 观察通心络胶囊联合阿司匹林对预防非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者血栓栓塞的临床疗效.方法 选择符合研究标准的NVAF患者70例,随机分为2组各35例.所有患者均给予基础疾病治疗,治疗组予肠溶阿司匹林150 mg,每日1次口服,同时予通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次口服.对照组予肠溶阿司匹林150 mg,每日1次口服.观察服药期间症状、体征及凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血栓素B2(TXB2)及左心房血栓形成、栓塞发生情况.以脑中风发病率及凝血指标作为疗效判定依据.结果 治疗组无脑栓塞发生;对照组发生左股深、浅静脉内血栓栓塞1例,发生脑栓塞1例.治疗组TXB2、FIB明显降低,PT、TT、APTT均较对照组明显延长,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 通心络胶囊联合阿司匹林在预防NVAF患者血栓栓塞方面优于单用阿司匹林,能有效预防血栓栓塞事件发生.

Observation on prevention of cerebral infarction of Tongxinluo Capsule combined with Aspirin on elder patients of thromboembolism with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe the prevention of Tongxinluo Capsule combined with Aspirin on patients of thromboembolism with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).Methods Seventy patients with NVAF were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group (n=35) was treated with conventional treatment,including taking Aspirin 150 mg each day.The patients in treatment group (n=35) was treated by combination of Tongxinluo Capsule (3 tabs tid) and Aspirin. We observed the clinical symptoms, signs, TT, APTT, FIB, PT TXB2, the increasing of the left-atrial pulmonary embolism. The happening rates of the stroke was as the clinical outcome parameters.Results There was no cerebral infarction happened in the treatment group.1 case in control group had pulmonary embolisms in left-deep and superficial femoral veins and 1 case cerebral infarction happened. The TXB2 and FIB were decreased significantly in the treatment group compared to the control group (P<0.05).TT, APTT, PT were prolonged significantly compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsule on patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation shows a significant effect on improving the indexes of the pre-thrombotic Station compared with Aspirin, it can prevent the happing of the pulmonary embolism.
