鼻咽癌放疗所致口腔粘膜反应的护理

目的探讨鼻咽癌患者放疗前后的综合护理措施及效果,以减轻患者的口腔粘膜反应.方法将经过病理学检查确诊为鼻咽癌并接受放疗的初治患者72例,随机分成护理组和对照组各36例.护理组在放疗前、中、后采用拟定的综合护理措施;对照组采用庆大霉素生理盐水液含漱（生理盐水500 ml加庆大霉素16万U配制）.2组病例均按照常规方法放疗.分别于放疗前、放疗第4w、放疗第7w和放疗结束后1w观察口腔粘膜反应.结果2组放疗前口腔科情况无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,放疗第4w、放疗第7w和放疗结束后1w口腔粘膜反应有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论对鼻咽癌患者放疗前后采用综合护理措施,可以减轻或延缓患者的口腔粘膜反应,从而达到减少患者因口腔粘膜反应所带来的痛苦.

Nursing of Nonnasality Mucosa Reaction Caused by Radiotherapy of Nasopharynx Carcinoma

Objective To explore nursing and effects of radiotherapy of nasopharynx carcinoma(NPC) in order to release nonnasality mucosa reaction caused by NPC radiotherapy. Methods 72 NPC patients received radiotherapy first time were divided randomly into two groups: nursing group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases) Patients in nursing group were given synthesis nursing . Patients in control group rinsed with gentamicin. Both groups received routine radiotherapy. Nonnasality mucosa reactions was observed 4 times. Results There were no significant difference between two groups before radiotherapy(P>0.05), but there were significant difference between them during radiotherapy and after radiotherapy(P<0.05). Conclusions Synthesis nursing for NPC patients with radiotherapy can release their nonnasality mucosa reaction.
