重庆市江津区2000～2007年HIV/AIDS患者流行病学分析

[目的]了解江津区HIV/AIDS患者流行特点和趋势,为制订预防控制策略提供依据。[方法]对2000～2007年江津区户籍的HIV/AIDS患者监测资料和中国疾病预防控制艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理系统报告数据进行分析。[结果]2000～2007年江津区共报告HIV/AIDS患者546例,其中有4个镇、街占报告总数的55.5%;HIV/AIDS患者中职业不详或无业的占74.4%(406/546);年龄分布在21～40岁之间的占总数的81.9%(447/546),男女性别比为4.0︰1;经注射毒品途径感染者占总数的68.9%(376/546)。[结论]江津区疫情发展迅速,近年来主要在吸毒人群中传播,经异性性接触传播的比例也逐年增加,应及时采取各项干预措施,控制HIV从高危人群向一般人群传播。

ANALYSIS ON HIV/AIDS EPIDEMIC IN JIANGJIN DISTRICT OF CHONGQING FROM 2000-2007

[Objective] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV /AIDS in Jiangjin District of Chongqing, and to provide evidence for the strategy of disease control and prevention. [Methods] Analyzed the data of HIV / AIDS surveil- lance in Jiangjin District from 2000 to 2007 and the information in China Disease Control and Prevention System. [Results] 546 cases of HIV / AIDS were found from 2000 to the end of 2007, 55.5% were from 4 towns.The persons who were unemploy- ment and unknown unemployment accounted for 74.4% (406 / 546) .81.9% (447 / 546) were 21-40 years old, the ratio of male to female was 4.0; 68.9% (376 / 546) were infected by injecting drug. [Conclusion] The epidemic of HIV / AIDS devel- ops rapidly in Jiangjin District last few years.It mainly spread in IDUs and the ratio in sex workers is increased year by year. The current key of HIV / AIDS prevention is carrying on intervention measures to interrupt the HIV spreading from IDUs and sex workers to the general population.
