无引导经皮肾穿刺微造瘘治疗复杂输尿管上段结石

目的探讨无引导经皮肾穿刺微造瘘(mini-PCNL)治疗复杂输尿管上段结石的效果。方法对18例接受mini-PCNL治疗输尿管上段复杂结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果18例患者进针穿刺次数平均1.28次,均成功实施一期碎石取石术,平均手术时间70 min,平均出血约40 ml,未出现严重并发症。结论mini-PCNL输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗复杂输尿管上段结石具有操作简化、损伤小、清石率高、并发症少等优点。

Treatment of proximal ureteral calculi by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrostomy without guide

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrostomy(PCN) without guide in treatment of proximal ureteral calculi.Methods Eighteen cases with proximal ureteral calculi who underwent minimally invasive PCN were reviewed retrospectively.Results 100% of stone-free rate at stage 1 was obtained in all 18 cases,the average frequency to establish the renal tract of direct puncture was 1.28 times,the average operation time was 70 minutes,the average blood loss during the operation was 40 ml.No complication occurred.Conclusions Treatment of proximal ureteral calculi with minimally invasive PCN without guide has advantages of easy operating,minimal trauma,better effect and less complication.
