| 摘 要： | 目的 总结应用Bard Composix补片修补4例巨大切口疝的临床经验。方法 使用美国巴德公司的Composix补片对4例巨大腹壁切口疝进行修补术治疗。结果 4例病人均无并发症,随访1～11个月无复发。结论 Composix补片修补巨大切口疝具有安全、创伤小、恢复快的优点,是治疗切口疝的理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize 4 cases of the clinical experience of repair of huge incisional hernia with bard composix patch. Methods Using the composix patch of Bard surgical product company, four cases of huge incisional hernia repair were performed. Results No postoperative complications were found. The followed up period range from 1 to 11 months, and no recurrence was observed. Conclusion The repair of huge incisional hernia with Bard composix patch has many advantages, which are safty, minimal invasion and rapid recovery. It is a most desirable method in treating huge incisional hernia at present. |
