| 摘 要： | 目的观察纳洛酮配合星状神经节阻滞治疗神经性耳聋的疗效。方法神经性耳聋患者68例，随机分为2组，每组34例。A组采用纳洛酮配和星状神经节阻滞治疗；B组为对照组，用常规治疗。结果2组病例治疗后耳聋症状均有改善。A组与B组相比较，有效率显著提高（P〈0．05）。结论纳洛酮配合星状神经节阻滞治疗神经性耳聋的疗效令人满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of Naloxone and Stellate Ganglion Block on nerve deafness.Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups,there were 34 cases in each group In group A,both Naloxone and Stellate Ganglion Block(SGB)were used.B was control group.The therapeutic efficacy was recorded.Results Group A was more effective than the group B in increasing the total effective rate of deafness deafness(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Naloxone and SGB was an effective way for the therapy of patients with neural hearing loss.It can increase the total effective rate of nerve deafness |
