| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻及鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤的ＣＴ诊断价值及特征表现。方法：回顾性分析本院１６例经手术及病理证实的鼻及鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤的ＣＴ。结果：１６例鼻及鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤均表现为混杂高密度影，含有不同程度钙化，边缘清晰，与周围组织分界清楚。结论：ＣＴ能明确鼻及鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤的发病部位、大小、侵及范围，并能反映病理结构特点，对临床诊断及治疗具有指导价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate CT diagnostic value and characteristic findings of ossifying fiboma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuscs.Methods:CT findings of 16 cases with ossifying fibroma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:CT findings of 16 cases all revealed high mixed density masses,within which there was a varying amount of calcification.The mass had smooth border.The boundary between the mass and the surrounding structuere was distinct.Conclusion:CT could definitely dcmonstrate location,sizc,invasive extent and pathological character of ossifying fibroma and provide a guide for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
