| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨近端解剖型钢板治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折的临床价值。方法采用股骨近端解剖型钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折16例。结果随访时间6个月～28月,根据王福权疗效评定标准,优11例,良3例,可2例,优良率87.5%。结论股骨近端解剖型钢板是治疗股骨粗隆间Tronzo-EvansⅢ、Ⅳ型骨折的理想选择之一。
