| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西药结肠灌洗、灌注治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法将52 例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各26例,对照组行常规保守治疗,观察组在此基础上,每日1次进行中西药结肠灌洗、灌注。结果观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中西药结肠灌洗、灌注能显著提高急性胰腺炎治疗效果,缩短治疗时间。

Effect of Colon Lavage with Chinese Traditional and Western Medicines on Acute Pancreatitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of colon lavage with Chinese traditional and Western medicines on acute pancreatitis. Methods Fifty-two patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 26 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment and the observation group were given the routine treatment plus colon lavage once a day.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group as compared with the control group (P<0.05) and the hospital stay time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The colon lavage with Chinese traditional medicines and Western medicines can improve the effect of the treatment of acute pancreatitis and shorten the hospital stay time. |
