重建钢板与克氏针治疗锁骨骨折疗效比较

目的 评价并分析重建钢板和克氏针方法在治疗锁骨骨折中的疗效.方法 手术治疗56例锁骨骨折患者,重建钢板固定组22例.克氏针、钢丝固定组34例.结果 56例均获随访,随访时间10~48个月,平均21个月.重建钢板固定组:两例出现骨折延迟愈合,均发生于锁骨粉碎骨折伴复合伤患者.骨折愈合时间3~5个月,平均3.6个月.克氏针、钢丝固定组:克氏针及钢丝松动3例,2例骨折轻微移位,但骨折基本愈合,1例出现骨折延迟愈合.骨折愈合时间2~3个月,平均2.3个月.肩关节功能恢复结果按照Karlasson标准评定均为优.结论 克氏针、钢丝内固定技术操作简便,安全可靠,符合微创技术的现代骨折治疗理念,对于非粉碎性锁骨骨折的治疗仍然是一种值得推荐的方法.

Comparing the Effect of Treatment on Fractures of the Clavicle by Reconstruction Plate with by Kirschner Wire.
