康复新液联合莫匹罗星治疗新生儿脓疱疮临床观察及护理

目的 观察康复新液联合莫匹罗星治疗新生儿脓疱疮临床疗效.方法 103例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组外用康复新液联合莫匹罗星软膏,对照组外用高锰酸钾联合莫匹罗星软膏,观察两组的临床疗效.结果 试验组脓疱愈合时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 康复新液联合莫匹罗星治疗新生儿脓疱疮安全有效.

Clinical observation of Kangfuxin Ye combined with Mupirocin in the treatment of impetigo neonatorum.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Ye combined with Mupirocin in the treatment of impetigo neonatorum. Methods One hundred and three patients with impetigo neonatorum were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. Mupirocin Combined with Kangfuxin Ye were applied in the study group. while Mupirocin combined with potassium permanganate were applied in the control group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The healing time of pustule in the study group were marked significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.01). The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mupirocin combined with Kangfuxin Ye is efficient and safe for treating impetigo neonatorum.
