静脉留置针在门诊静脉输液的临床应用及护理

目的:探讨静脉留置针在门诊静脉输液患者中的临床应用及护理。方法:对256例门诊静脉输液患者采用静脉留置针的方式进行输液,然后进行临床观察。结果:256例患者留置时间3～7 d,平均5 d。穿刺成功率98.05%(251/256),并发症发生率5.86%(15/256),患者需求达到92.19%(236/256),仅有少部分人认为不需要或者无所谓,满意度97.26%(249/256)。结论:静脉留置针也适合门诊输液患者,减少了门诊输液患者反复穿刺的痛苦,有利于保护血管;方便临床用药,接受门诊静脉输液患者欢迎;静脉留置针还可以减轻护理工作量,提高工作效率。但应加强置针期间的护理以及了解其注意事项。

Clinical application and nursing care of vein detained needle in intravenous infusion of outpatient service

Objective To discuss the clinical application and nursing care of vein detained needle in intravenous infusion of outpatient service.Method 256 cases of outpatients were given intravenous infusion by using vein detained needle method and observed.Results 256 cases of patients used vein detained needle for 3-7d,average 5 days.The puncture success ratio achieved 98.05%(251 cases),the complication formation rate was only 5.86%(15 examples),the patient demand achieved 92.19%(236/256),only a few people thought it not need or matter,the degree of satisfaction achieved 97.26%(249examples).Conclusion The vein detained needle also suits the outpatient service infusion,reduces the repeatedly puncture pain of outpatients.It is advantageous in protecting the blood vessel and convenient to using clinical medication,the outpatients who need intravenous infusion welcome to accept;The vein detained needle also may reduce the nursing work load,enhance the working efficiency.But must strengthen the nursing and attention of needle period.
