六味地黄丸联合雷公藤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨六味地黄丸联合雷公藤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法:80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者各40例.对照组口服雷公藤多苷片1 mg/kg·d-1,3次/d;研究组在雷公藤多苷片基础上加用六味地黄丸1.44 g/次,3次/d.两组均以8周为治疗疗程.对比分析两组治疗总有效率,治疗前和治疗8周血肌酐、尿素氮Hcy和Cyc C水平变化及用药期间不良反应.结果:总有效率研究组(90.00％)高于对照组(70.00％),且有显著性意义(P＜0.05);两组血肌酐和尿素氮治疗后较治疗前下降,且有显著性意义(P＜0.05);研究组血肌酐和尿素氮治疗后低于对照组,且有显著性意义(P＜0.05);两组Hcy和Cyc C水平治疗后较治疗前下降,且有显著性意义(P＜0.05);研究组Hcy和Cyc C水平治疗后低于对照组,且有显著性意义(P＜0.05);两组用药8周期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论:六味地黄丸联合雷公藤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效明显.

Clinical effects of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill combined with tripterygium glycosides on diabetic nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill Combined with tripterygium glycosides in treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods: Eighty diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, each group including 40 cases.The control group was treated with Tripterygium Glycosides tablets, and the study group took six Dihuang Pills on the basis of tripterygium glycosides tablets.Two groups were treated for a course of 8 weeks.Comparative analysis of the total effective rate of two groups, before treatment and at the end of eight-week treatment.Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, Hcy and Cyc C levels, and adverse reactions during medication were determined.Results: The total effective rate of the study group (90.00％) was higher than that of the control group (70.00％) (P＜0.05);serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the post-treated groups were much lowver than the pre-treated groups(P＜0.05);serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the study group were lower than the control group (P＜0.05);two groups of Hcy and Cyc C levels after treatment than before treatment decreased significantly (P＜0.05);study group Hcy and Cyc C levels lower than the control group after treatment (P＜0.05);the two groups during the 8 weeks of medication were not serious adverse reaction.Conclusion: Six flavored rehmannia pill combined with tripterygium glycosides treatment of diabetic nephropathy clinical efficacy.
