狨猴淋巴母细胞在分离麻疹病毒中的应用

摘    要:为选择对麻疹病毒高度敏感的灵长类动用宿主细胞,建立快速有效的麻疹实验室,我们引进了国际上新近建立的B95-a细胞上分离出10株林疹野病毒,在Vero细胞上分离病毒未获成功。用12E株单克隆抗体能中和所有分离株。实验表明B95-a细胞较Vero细胞对麻疹病毒更具敏感性,是分离麻疹病毒是最为适宜的宿主细胞。它有最快的方法地对麻疹抗原的研究中使用最为方便、快捷的方法来获取原始资料。在B95-a细胞中生长

Marmoset Lymphoblastoid Cells as a Sensitive Host for Isolation of Measles Virus
Abstract:In order to obtain a highly sensitive strain of measles virus to the host cells of primates animals and to establish an efficient and quick laboratory of measles virus detection,the B 95-a cells which recently developed cell strain abroad was imported,and together with the traditional Vero cell also used in the study.Measles virues were isolated by tissue incubation and the wild measles strain were identified by neutralization test.The results suggest that the 10 strains of wild virus were successfully isolated from the B 95-a cells while none in the Vero cells.In addition,we isolated the 10 strains of measles virus could be neutralized by 12E monoclonal antigen.Undoubtedly,the results lead to a conclusion that B 95-a cells are much more sensitive to human measles virus than Vero cells.They are the best host cells in isolating wild measles virus and in the research of measles antigen,they are most convenient and could achieve the desired information.The measles viruses grown in the B 95-a cells are more resembling those of Human measles viruses than that grown in Vero cells.
