以显微外科手术为主综合治疗脊髓栓系综合症5例并文献复习

目的：探讨以显微手术为主综合治疗脊髓栓系综合症。方法：报告经显微外科手术为主，辅以药物及术后康复功能锻炼治疗5例脊髓栓系综合症，结合文献，对手术方法、注意事项、手术时机及适应症、药物治疗、术后康复治疗的规范和神经干细胞移植的展望。结果：术后5例功能恢复良好。结论：TCS的预后受多种因素影响，以显微外科手术为主的综合治疗能起到良好的治疗效果，若能术中神经干细胞移植，有望能使其痊愈。

THE ROLE OF MICROSURGERY IN COMBINED TREATMENT OF TETHERED CORD SYNDROME: A REPORT OF 5 CASES AND REVIEW OF LITERATURES

Objective：To study the effect of microsurgery in combined treatment of tethered cord syndrome. Methods：Five cases were reported.The patients with tethered cord syndrome were operated microsurgically,combined with drugs and postoperative rehabilitation exercise.The indications,methods and attention,timing of operatation,drug and rehabilitation exercise normalization,the prospects of neural stem cells transplantation for tethered cord syndrome were also discassed.Results：The five patients recovered well,during the follow-up period （0.5 to 5 years）.Conclusion：TCS prognosis was affected by multi-factors.It was much improved by combined treatment with microsurgery as the major part; if neural stem cells could be transplanted into tethered spinal cord intraoperatively in future,the disease will surely be cured.
