层粘连蛋白受体和血管内皮生长因子在胃腺癌中的表达

目的探讨层粘连蛋白受体 (lamininreceptor,LN R)和血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在判断胃腺癌转移和预后中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学S P法检测 76例胃腺癌组织和 10例正常胃组织中LN R和VEGF的表达水平 ,比较LN R和VEGF的不同表达率与生存率的关系及其与肿瘤特征的相关性。结果LN R和VEGF阳性表达率分别是 5 1.3%、72 .4 % ,较正常组织显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与浸润深度、肿块大小、淋巴结转移程度具有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阳性表达者的生存时间较阴性者显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论LN R和VEGF与血管发生密切相关 ,可作为判断胃腺癌转移和预后的重要指标

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF LAMININ RECEPTOR AND VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN GASTRIC ADENOCARCINOMA

ObjectiveTo determine the expressions of laminin receptor(LN-R) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric adenocarcinoma and their clinicopathological significance. MethodsImmunohistochemical staining was performed in 76 cases of paraffin-embedded gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 10 normal gastric mucosa tissue specimens with mouse-anti-human LN-R and rabbit-anti-human VEGF polyclonal antibodies. ResultsThe expression of LN-R and VEGF in gastric adenocarcinoma was obviously higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues(P< 0.05). The expression was significantly associated with the depth of invasion,tumor size and lymphatic node metastasis(P< 0.05).The positive expressions was negatively related with survival time(P< 0.05). ConclusionOur results indicated that LN-R and VEGF expressions are closely related to cancer angiogenesis,and might be an important parameter for evaluating the metastasis and prognosis in gastric adenocarcinoma.
