| 摘 要： | 目的研究红毛五加总苷(TGA)对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的防治作用。方法采用大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型进行观察。结果TGA(200～800 mg·kg-1，ig)能显著抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)致炎足和非致炎足的肿胀，使AA大鼠血清循环免疫复合物、MDA含量及小鼠血清溶血素和抗SRBC抗体凝集效价明显降低。结论TGA对AA大鼠具有防治作用，其作用原理可能是抑制抗体形成、减少免疫复合物的产生以及抑制脂质过氧化。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effects of total glucosides of Acanthopanax giraldii (TGA) on adjuvant arthritis (AA) in rats and the mechanism of its antiinflammatory action. METHODS The model of AA was induced by injecting Freund s complete adjuvant (CFA) in rats.RESULTS TGA (200～800 mg·kg-1,ig)significantly inhibited the injected and uninjected (Freund's) hind paw edema of AA rats.TGA also decreased the circulating immune complex (CIC) and MDA in serum of AA rats,and decreased the titer of hemagglutinin and hemolysin in mice. CONCLUSIONS TGA possessed the prevention and therapeutic effects on AA rats.The mechanism of TGA antiinflammatory action probably is due to the inhibition of antibody and CIC formation,and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. |
