| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学（ＡＢＣ法）技术对４８例原发性肝癌患者的肝癌及癌旁石蜡包埋组织中ｐ６２~（ｃ－ｍｙｃ）进行检测，结果显示ｐ６２~（ｃ－ｍｙｃ）的阳性率在肝癌中为８３．３％（４０／４８），在癌旁组织为８９．６％（４３／４８），说明ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因的激活与肝癌癌变过程有密切关系。同时对ｐ６２~（ｃ－ｍｙｃ）表达的意义进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemistry (ABC method)was used to detect the expression of p62c-myc in paraffin embedded in tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and corresponding non-tumorous liver(NT) from 48 patients. The results showed that the positive rates p62c-myc were 83. 3 % (40/48) in HCC and 89. 6 % (43/48) in NT. These observationes suggest that the activation of c-myc gene may be closely associated with hepatocarcinogensis. Significance on expression of p62c-myc is discussed. |
